This is a part-time, salaried position working Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday with flexibility. EOMA is a medical health home, which emphasizes an ongoing relationship with a primary care provider and offers a wide array of services. As part of the care team, you will provide crisis management, comprehensive assessments, and psychotherapy for pediatric, adult, and senior populations. The position includes in-house continuing education, paid education days annually, and education funding. Full benefits are provided with hospital contributions. This clinic is part of the National Health Service Corp, which can provide loan repayment for qualifying providers.

  • Provide crisis management and comprehensive assessments for patients.
  • Deliver psychotherapy for pediatric, adult, and senior populations.
  • Collaborate with a variety of partners in the care team.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training programs.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Licensed in Oregon as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor (LFMC).
  • Strong time management and documentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Experience with evidence-based practices in therapy.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of partners.
