EOMA is a medical health home, which emphasizes an ongoing relationship with a primary care provider and offers a wide array of services. As part of the care team, you will provide crisis management, comprehensive assessments, and psychotherapy for pediatric, adult, and senior populations. The position includes in-house continuing education, paid education days annually, and education funding. Full benefits are provided with hospital contributions. This clinic is part of the National Health Service Corp, which can provide loan repayment for qualifying providers.
