About The Position
DocStar Medical Partners - Job Opportunity, New Listing Facility City & State: San Francisco, CA Facility Type: FQHC Provider Profession Needed: FM MD/DO Specialty: Family Medicine Start Date: April 27 (Flex on start date) End Date: Length of Assignment: 3 months with definite possibility of extension Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks Work Schedule: M-F 8 AM - 5 PM with a 1 hour lunch Admin time is built into this schedule Patient Volume: 21 patients are scheduled 16-18 patients per day AVERAGE Procedures: Full-Scope Family Medicine Handle diabetes management, medication management, hypertension, and lots of chronic care cases ALL AGES (might has some flex for docs) EMR: Epic
Requirements
- CA medical license as an MD or DO
- Completion of an approved residency program
- Board certification in primary care
- CA DEA certificate before start date
- CPR certification
