Job Summary and Responsibilities Up to $5000 Sign On Bonus Offered Paid out in FULL after 30 days of employment Location: LaVista Family Clinic - 96th & Giles Schedule: Monday-Friday CHI Health LaVista Family is on the hunt for a fantastic Clinic LPN to join our bustling Family Medicine clinic and help us deliver top-notch care with a smile, all while tackling that inbox! What You'll Be Doing: You'll be the welcoming face and listening ear, getting patients ready for their appointments, taking their vitals. You'll be assisting our amazing providers with exams, procedures, and making sure everything runs smooth. Got a steady hand and a kind heart? You'll be administering injections, immunizations, and other medications, making sure our patients are feeling their best. You'll be collecting and processing specimens with precision, because every little detail matters. You'll be diving into our electronic inbox, expertly triaging messages, processing prescription refills, routing patient questions, and generally making sure no digital stone is left unturned. Answering patient calls, providing education, and offering support with a compassionate and helpful demeanor, whether it's face-to-face or virtually. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
  • Current LPN license in good standing with the state licensing board
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association
  • Completion of IV Therapy Course
