About The Position

COPC is the largest independent physician-owned Primary Care Group in the US. We are seeking a full-time licensed and board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for our joint venture splitting time with Vera Whole Health located at 110 Polaris Parkway, Suite 100, Westerville, Ohio 43082 and 1111 Polaris Pkwy, Columbus, OH 43240 on the JP Morgan Chase property. About the practice : Hours of Operation are Monday-Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Vera Health Primary Care Clinics are established outpatient practices that are collaborative environments and have a great reputation for providing whole health care in the community. It's focus is on health education, preventive medicine and disease management to deliver high quality patient care including behavioral health, women's health, wellness screenings, sick care, chronic conditions and urgent needs. Physical therapy, on-site lab and diagnostic testing is available. The Physician will be treating employees who work for a large client of Vera Whole Health that is located at 1111 Polaris Parkway in Columbus part of the week and at a separate Vera Health Primary Care clinic at 110 Polaris Parkway in Westerville on other days as needed. (short 3 mile drive away on the same road). Vera Health Clinics have Nurse Practitioners on staff who collaborate with the Physician and treat patients too.

Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD/DO)
Completed a three-year Family or Internal Medicine Residency
Board Certified
Active medical license in the state of Ohio
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Provider in an Outpatient Primary Care Practice or Urgent Care
Electronic Medical Record experience. Vera uses Next Gen.
