Position Highlights: 60 Physicians and 50 APPs fully integrated across 30 practice sites Outpatient primary care with telephone call that averages once every 30 days Office hours are Monday-Friday. Specific hours vary by practice. Imbedded urgent care clinics providing care 7 days/week Multiple locations to best connect physicians and communities Access to additional System level care management resources and virtual technology A team that honors each other's opinions and respects our physician's expertise The ideal candidate will be: Passionate about providing patient-centered care across the wide spectrum of primary care conditions within a practice. Hospital or ER experience preferred Focused on collegiality, professionalism, compassion, personal growth and leadership development. Emphasis on preventative care, stable acute illness reprieve, health promotion and illness/injury prevention. Alternatively, functions independently in the on-site occupational or teammate health clinic settings in collaboration with a supervising physician. Provides care that is focused on single-visit encounters. Emphasis is on illness reprieve and medication/vaccination compliance. Coordinates staffing and orientation of assigned team members. Plans and conducts ongoing education and training. Maintains infection control/safety standards, and be committed to providing and promoting patient-centered communication and care.

Requirements
