About The Position

The Novant Health Provider Float Pool is looking for a compassionate, patient-driven, family physician to support our ambulatory clinics in the Triad Region, which includes Forsyth and the surrounding counties.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine (preferred) or Internal Medicine

Responsibilities

• Work at least 6 days per month
• Provide preventive care services
• Manage chronic diseases
• Conduct follow-ups to acute care visits
• Handle same-day appointments for urgent problems
