The Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) p rovides direct patient care following established protocols and practices. Works directly with Department and Medical Directors to ensure the effective delivery of medical care. Requirements
- Advanced Practice Degree as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin
- Board certification is required
- Active DEA license
- Basic Life Support certification
Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care following established protocols and practices.
- Works directly with Department and Medical Directors to ensure the effective delivery of medical care.
