About The Position

Carle Health is seeking a Family Medicine APP to join our Primary Care team at our clinic in Danville, Illinois. The Family Medicine APP will work with a collaborative team including the physician, APP, nurse, and certified medical assistant to provide patient care in an ambulatory setting. The typical schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility for in-office procedures. The role involves a broad scope of patients, primarily adults, with roughly 20% pediatric cases.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
• Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
• Two years of clinical practice is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in an ambulatory setting
• Collaborate with a team including physicians, APPs, nurses, and medical assistants
• Perform in-office procedures as needed
• Manage a broad scope of patients, primarily adults with some pediatric cases
