About The Position

Carle Health is seeking a Family Medicine APP to join our Primary Care team at our clinic in Mattoon, Illinois. The typical schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Family Medicine APP will work with a collaborative team including a physician, another APP, a nurse, and a certified medical assistant to provide patient care in an ambulatory setting. There is a possibility for in-office procedures, and the role involves a broad scope of patients, primarily adults, with roughly 20% being pediatric cases.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
• Current Illinois registered nurse license
• Advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
• Two years of clinical practice preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in an ambulatory setting
• Collaborate with a team including physicians and medical staff
• Perform in-office procedures as needed
• Manage a broad scope of patients, primarily adults with some pediatric cases
