About The Position

We're looking for an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA-C) to join our Family Medicine Department. This highly valued position supports our department by alternating clinic time with managing in basket work for colleagues. This role offers flexibility and work-life balance with opportunities to work from home. The ideal candidate will have a passion for primary care and caring for patients of all ages, as well as skillful in basket practices.

Requirements

• Must reside in either OR or WA to be eligible for remote work
• Minimum of two years of primary care clinical experience
• NP or PA-C certification

Responsibilities

• Split work schedule between patient contact time and in-basket management
• Manage in-basket responsibilities while working from home
• Participate in shared call approximately once every 2 months
• Collaborate with primary and specialty care teams
• Engage in APC leadership opportunities
• Participate in innovative projects and pilot work
