Advance Community Health is seeking a compassionate and mission-driven Family Medicine Physician to join our growing team supporting our locations in Wake Forest and/or Louisburg. Requirements

MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine (Required).
Completed accredited residency training (Required).
Active (or eligible) North Carolina medical license.
Active DEA and NPI (Required).
Current BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Epic Systems (preferred).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and health maintenance.
Exercise independent clinical judgment in diagnosing and treating patients.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop care plans.
Educate and counsel patients and families on health conditions and wellness.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient care.
Refer patients to specialists and other healthcare services as appropriate.
Accurately document care in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Ensure appropriate coding for billing and compliance.
Supervise and support clinical staff as needed.
Uphold the highest standards of medical ethics and patient-centered care.
