About The Position
Van Siclen, Stocks & Firkins is seeking a dedicated Family Law Paralegal to join our family law team. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for remote work while also providing the opportunity to work in a fun and collaborative office atmosphere. We are looking for a team player who can contribute positively to our group. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in family law, preferably within King and Pierce Counties. Familiarity with family law software, mandatory pleadings, and e-filing processes is essential. The role requires excellent timekeeping and billing skills, as well as experience in client contact and communications. Our established employees are eager to mentor and guide new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into the role. The Family Law Paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys with case preparation, managing case files, drafting legal documents, and maintaining communication with clients. The position demands a high level of organization and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
