Requirements

A licensed attorney in NC with 2+ years of experience in family law.
In the courtroom, early, prepared, and confident.
Obsessed with results, not excuses.
Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
Driven by client satisfaction and professional development.
Tech-savvy and adaptable (experience with Clio is a plus).
Ability to pivot and land at a moment's notice.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain a full caseload of family law matters: divorce, custody, child support, domestic violence, and post-decree issues.
Appear confidently in court and negotiate from a position of strength.
Draft pleadings, prepare discovery, and build persuasive legal strategies.
Communicate with clients frequently, keeping them informed and confident.
Work with intake, paralegals, and legal assistants to push cases forward without delay.
