About The Position

Duties and Responsibilities: Framework Design: Design and establish a family governance framework within the Family Wealth offering, which may include a product offering and delivery design. Meeting Facilitation: Plan and moderate family meetings or retreats, in concert with the primary relationship manager, as a neutral third party to ensure structured, productive conversations and decision-making on shared goals and values. Succession Planning: Guide the family through the leadership and ownership transition process, ensuring a smooth and deliberate changeover across generations. Education and Mentorship: Develop and deliver educational programs to prepare the next generation with knowledge of finance, investing, philanthropy, and leadership skills for their future roles. Conflict Resolution: Implement mechanisms and serve as a neutral party to address and resolve family conflicts or disputes constructively, preserving family harmony. Coordination with Advisors: Coordinate and align the work of existing planning team members, and external advisors, such as lawyers, accountants, and investment managers, to ensure a cohesive and integrated strategy. Philanthropy Management: Help the family define its philanthropic mission and develop a comprehensive strategy, aligning tax-beneficial charitable activities with the family's values.
