About The Position

We are seeking friendly, energetic individuals to help staff our Family Fun Zone during race weekends. This role focuses on creating a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for families and children while delivering a welcoming and engaging guest experience.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
• Comfortable working with children and families
• Ability to stay alert and attentive in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance for scheduled weekend events

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in customer service, childcare, or event support is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Family Fun Zone to ensure guest safety at all times
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting activity area
• Assist with games and activities and encourage family participation
• Engage with children and families in a positive, friendly, and professional manner
• Provide support, answer questions, and help enhance the overall guest experience
• Report any safety concerns or issues to event leadership promptly
