About The Position

To provide comprehensive case management services to assigned children and families. Conduct an assessment of each child and birth parent. Formulate and implement a service plan for each client based on the assessment, including an appropriate permanency plan. Assure the certification and re certification of assigned Foster Homes. Support and monitor foster placements to assure the safety and needs of the children are being met.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work or equivalent.
• Experience in human services or child welfare preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
