About The Position
The Case Liaison is intended to support the units assigned with case related assistance ranging from transporting youth and supervising family time. Assist units with meeting child/family needs, organizing meetings, correspondence and maintain accurate filing system for standardized case records. Conduct internal audits regularly to ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- Ability to engage others and make clients feel valued and appreciated
- Willingness to learn and ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
- Computer literate
- Efficient and organized
- Accurate typing and filing skills
- A genuine respect and interest in the well being of children
- Ability to maintain and adhere to confidentiality as it applies to staff and clients
