Family Entertainment Center Lead- AdventHealth Sports Park at Bluhawk

The Family Entertainment Center Lead will be responsible for the management of the FEC operations including but not limited to: Maintenance, Housekeeping, Retail, Event Management Administration and Reporting. Family Entertainment Center Manager will also work closely with other departments in hiring, training, management, and staff scheduling.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of retail, sports or entertainment sales required
- Must have excellent initiative, interpersonal, problem solving and negotiating skills
- Must be a team player
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays and long hours)
- Must possess current CPR/FIRST AID certifications or must be willing to obtain them within a specified period of time
- Prior responsibility in daily P&L management and budget oversight
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds waist high
- May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop, or bend
- Will be required to operate a computer
- Facility has intermittent noise
Responsibilities
- Helping with the implementation of marketing plan/strategy
- Developing and maintaining staff schedules
- P&L management and reconciliation
- Creating and promoting program and activities within FEC
- Retail sales and inventory control
- Oversees daily operations for the FEC
- Primary contact for all events and executor of bookings/contracts for the FEC
- FEC development and sales in-house and co-partnerships
- Overseeing inventory of the redemption store
- Monthly inventory count of redemption and retail items
- Maintaining and cleaning of the arcade equipment
- Oversee daily function of the Arcade, Virtual Reality, & E-Sports areas
