About The Position

The Family Engagement Teacher on Special Assignment at Intermediate District 287 is responsible for leading family engagement efforts within a trauma-informed educational environment. Requirements

• Master's Degree in counseling, social work, or psychology from an accredited college or University OR Bachelor's degree in teaching or education, from an accredited college or University plus two (2) years experience in school-based family engagement work.
• Four (4) years professional-level experience leading family engagement efforts in a school setting.
