Under general supervision of the Family Engagement (FE) Manager, the Family Engagement Specialist II will effectively maintain functions of the FE and Program Governance program areas, which includes directly supporting program staff in the active engagement of parents in their child's education, family goal setting process, monthly program governance activities and accessing community resources. This position is full time, 40 hours per week; will work a non-traditional schedule (i.e., weeknights and weekends). This is a hybrid work environment and will consist of working remotely and/or at headquarters' office location. Will include travel between San Fernando Valley and Antelope Valley as needed.
