About The Position
Are you passionate about creating welcoming spaces where families thrive? Join our YMCA team as a Family Engagement Leader and help bring our community together through impactful programming, relationship -building, and memorable family -focused experiences.
Requirements
- Passionate about working with kids and families
- Ability to organize/lead fun and engaging activities
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate preschool activities
- At least 1 year of experience working with children aged infant to age 8
Responsibilities
- Provide children with opportunities to develop early language and motor skills
- Build relationships with families, children, and the staff team
- Engage families by facilitating fun and engaging group activities such as games, sports, arts and crafts, and STEM activities.
