This position will fill a need for frontline 'practice coaches' to support the skill and competency development of case managers as well as assist with caseload management by managing a small caseload of treatment and/or investigation cases. The position will be responsible for working with region administration to assess the skills and competencies of staff and identify areas needing instruction, coaching and practice. Responsibilities include facilitation of individual and group practice in areas including field work, completion of client assessment and client contacts, referrals for services and supports, court presentation, and completion of events in the electronic case management system. Selective Requirements must be met in addition to the job requirements. Applicants who do not possess the selective requirement will not be qualified: Possession of a valid Driver's License.
