The Family Crisis Therapist Supervisor is a supervisory role within the family crisis therapy series, primarily responsible for overseeing and monitoring program operations related to intervention services. This position plays a critical role in intervening during family crisis situations, providing ongoing clinical assessments, and developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to the needs of families in distress. The supervisor will assess progress and recommend appropriate strategies to ensure continual functional improvement within the family unit. In addition to direct intervention, the Family Crisis Therapist Supervisor will conduct individual and family therapy sessions, preparing clinical reports and documentation that track progress towards established goals for families and clients. This role also involves providing ongoing consultation with professional staff, ensuring that all team members are aligned in their approach to treatment and intervention. The supervisor is expected to lead by example, demonstrating best practices in crisis intervention and case management while fostering a supportive environment for both clients and staff. This position is located at the Adams State Service Center in Georgetown, DE, and operates on a regular schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The Family Crisis Therapist Supervisor will be instrumental in shaping the therapeutic environment and ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained throughout the program.
