About The Position

Family Coordinator promotes coordination and integration of family-centered care to ensure participation and involvement of the entire family. In addition, this position provides substance use counseling to participants and Family Support Network, counseling to parents/caregivers. This position will be responsible for administering and scoring screening and evaluation tools required by the project.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field preferred. Bachelor's degree in behavioral health Field is required.
  • Current State Licensure (i.e., LCSW, LPC, LCDC, or LMFT)
  • Knowledge of additional family systems theory
  • Experience delivering evidence-based programs in a home setting
  • One year of related experience/training in youth services, community programs, or program development
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance is required

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of using an Electronic Health Record System or other computer knowledge is a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus
