Summary The family Coordinator for the School-based Early Support Program plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support and intervention services to children and families within the school setting. This position requires a compassionate and organized individual with a strong understanding of child development, family dynamics, and community resources. The Family Coordinatorwill work closely with school staff, families, and community partners to assess needs, develop individualized plans, and coordinate services to ensure the well-being and academic success of children.
