The Family Coach works directly with individuals and families using a relationship-based, strengths-focused approach to promote financial wellbeing. The Family Coach partners with families to identify opportunities, set meaningful goals, and support positive changes that strengthen overall stability. This role centers on building trust, initiating supportive conversations, and helping families identify achievable goals that expand opportunities and strengthen their ability to navigate everyday financial and household decisions. A core expectation is to proactively reach out, engage families in program spaces, and initiate conversations that create pathways for participation in coaching and supportive programs. The Action Center is developing a dynamic community center in a repurposed elementary school, bringing together health and supportive services from multiple organizations under one roof. Through strong leadership and partnership, a coordinated system of care will provide comprehensive, collaborative services that empower the community to build healthier, more stable lives. The Action Center expects to move into this new space in 2027.
