About The Position
Welcome to The Freelance Firm! We are a national network of experienced, high -level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on -demand support for both short -term and long -term legal projects for our client law firms. Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Georgia -based Family/Civil Litigation Attorney. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 20+ hours per week.
Requirements
- Licensed in good standing to practice law in GA
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in family civil litigation matters
- Well -organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
- Self -starter and able to work independently
Responsibilities
- Manage cases from start to finish
- High -level drafting
- Hearing/Mediation coverage support (depending on location)
