About The Position
As an Eligibility Caseworker I, you will work in our Economic & Social Services Division assigned to the Family and Children Medicaid (FCMA) Program. You will help provide critical resources for eligible residents of Wake County, which supports keeping them healthy! Currently we have positions available at the Swinburne, Sunnybrook, and Somerset locations. Eligibility Caseworkers can be assigned application and/or review functions in one program; however, sometimes they may be responsible for multiple programs or functions. Interaction can be extensive or minimal with clients - in person or via phone - depending on program and function.
