Trainer AR/TX Has completed all requirements to be certified as a FCT trainer. Ensure fidelity of Family Centered Treatment model and work closely with FCT consultant. Oversees the completion of the Wheels of Change © and certification process for all staff, ensuring staff complete all requirements for certification within 365 day of start date. Provides additional FCT and other training to all staff. Assist staff in the field as needed to enhance their skills, including portions of FCT fidelity model that require 2 staff to be present. Supports the whole staff in implementation of FCT to fidelity. Participate in weekly team supervision to review cases and provide feedback on interventions and case conceptualization. Monitor timely completion of documentation by staff including FCT fidelity documents required for FACT report and discharge tracker. Focuses on Clients/Customers and ensures quality of services delivered to client/customer. Acts as a change agent and pursues continuous process improvement. Implements Saint Francis’ policies and follows directives as required. Follows and adheres to all pertinent Saint Francis Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), rules, personnel policies and procedures; related accreditation and licensure standards; and federal, state, and local rules, statutes, regulations, and contractual terms. Ensures clients’ rights are protected. Reports unusual incidents through appropriate Risk Management, clinical and safety channels. Ensures clients’ rights are protected. Is knowledgeable of and follows all safety procedures. Prefer a minimum of 40 hours in-service education per year. Other duties as assigned.
