Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Practitioner
About The Position
Better Living is dedicated to improving the lives of families and individuals in our communities through compassionate, evidence-based interventions. We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual for our Family Centered Treatment (FCT) program. If you are passionate about making a positive impact and have experience working with families and children, we would love to hear from you. As a Family Centered Treatment Practitioner, you will provide, intensive, home-based services to families in crisis. You will work closely with families to develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs, strengths, and goals of the family unit. Your role will involve fostering positive family dynamics, enhancing parenting skills, and improving overall family functioning.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- Two years of experience working with children and families is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Conflict Resolution
- Motivational Interviewing
- Problem Solving
- Time management
- Accuracy and timeliness with documentation
Responsibilities
