Family Centered Clinician *$6000 Special bonus* Salary ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 per year Provide In-Home Family Therapy to Children, Youth and their families within their given catchment area, ensuring compliance with the In-Home Therapy Performance Specifications. Ensure proper Hub responsibilities when warranted, contributing to the on-going training and oversight of the Therapeutic Training and Support staff and Therapeutic Mentors (TT&S/TMs) linked with his/her caseload.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Education, Counseling Psychology, or Psychology, Social Worker or some other related degree is required
  • 1 year of experience working with Children and youth required
  • A valid driver’s license in good standing and a reliable vehicle is required
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Be a self-starter
  • Experience with electronic health records a plus
  • FCC candidates must now be licensed eligible
  • All IHT candidates will need to have completed a 60 credit program with a full internship who may be able to obtain a LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LADC1, or LMFT

Responsibilities

  • Provide In-Home Family Therapy to identified youth and families within given catchment area
  • Participate in Care Planning Teams for identified youth and families
  • Provide outreach counseling to youth
  • Consult with outside agencies, referral sources, and other professionals as necessary
  • Attend weekly supervision, and staff meetings and consultations as required
  • Follow the Medical Necessity Criteria, Performance Specifications, and Service Definitions for In-Home Family Therapy
  • Assist with developing and providing clinical supervision training programs TT&S/TMs
  • Submit documentation and ensure meets the Performance Specifications set forth by the state and is submitted timely
  • Outreach to community providers to develop and foster solid working relationships and awareness of CBHI services
  • Participate in Systems of Care meetings and other CBHI-related meetings (as assigned)
  • Respond to client emergencies as needed
  • Other duties as required
