Family Connections Family Case Manager JOB DESCRIPTION CASA of Larimer County (CLC) is a nonprofit organization comprised of three programs: Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), Family Connections (FC) and Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®) program. CASA provides volunteer advocacy to children involved in dependency and neglect cases and FC provides supervised visitation, safe custody exchanges, supportive case management, and parenting education. TBRI® is integrated throughout CLC's programs and provides evidence based, trauma-informed, intervention. Across all programs, our mission is to advocate for safe, nurturing, and permanent connections to family and community so children who have experienced abuse and neglect have the opportunity to thrive. Reports to: Program Manager Full Time (40 hours/week) Position Overview: The Family Connections Family Case Manager provides case management to strengthen families who participate in Family Time, parent coaching and exchange programs provided by CASA of Larimer County. The Case Manager is responsible for supporting families in a manner that is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and upholds best practices that lead to positive outcomes for children while keeping victims safe. This position is scheduled Sunday through Thursday and includes evening hours.
