As a Family-Based Mental Health Therapist with the Barber Behavioral Health service line of the Barber National Institute, you will work in homes, schools, and community settings throughout the Warren, PA area. In this role, you’ll provide in-home therapy and support to children and families facing emotional and behavioral challenges using the Structural Family Therapy model, often in conjunction with Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). You will partner with a co-therapist to deliver intensive, team-based treatment and play a key role in stabilizing families, reducing psychiatric hospitalizations, and improving family functioning.
