We are seeking a Family Based Clinical Supervisor to join our Child and Family Services team in Carlisle, PA. Earn $63,000/year+! Position Details The role of the FBMHS Supervisor/Clinical Lead is to provide clinical oversight and support to a Family Based team. Supervisor may provide direct service delivery as a means of supervision, training, or case coverage. Supervisor provides 24 hour a day on-call support to a rotation of clinicians and provides interventions and support to on-going therapeutic activities and crisis interventions. Supervisor will work with their direct supervisor to provide daily operational support to the Family Based teams and program as assigned and required. Supervisor will assist with other daily operational tasks as trained and assigned. Supervisor will receive intensive training from a state approved Family Based training center.

Requirements

Master’s Degree in psychiatry, psychology, social work, nursing, education, rehabilitation or a graduate degree in the field of human services and 2 years of experience providing direct therapeutic services in the CASSP system
1 year of supervisory experience is required.

Nice To Haves

2 years supervisory experience is preferred; Experience facilitating clinical supervision is preferred.
Experience with family systems, community mental health service delivery or crisis intervention would be helpful in this role.
Clinical Licensure preferred.
