About The Position
This position has responsibility, in collaboration with the health care team and family, for the coordination of care for patients with autism or other psychiatric conditions. This includes promoting access to coordinated services within Seattle Children's and the community and empowering families through education and support and advocacy.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Social Science or a related field.
- Experience working with patients who have a diagnosis of Autism or other psychiatric conditions, and their families.
