2026 Part-Time Falls Creek Conference Centers Staff
About The Position
We are seeking people who want to work behind the scenes to help us provide the best experience for our guests! Working with a team, you will perform various tasks that could include maintenance, food service, concessions, lifeguarding, and/or housekeeping. Shifts for these positions are coordinated by a designated manager in conjunction with our camp/event schedule, and employees may be asked to work weekends in addition to the regular Monday-Friday. Additionally, please note that while most shifts can accommodate a 9:00-5:00 schedule, different positions may require employees to work earlier or later. Some positions may offer year-round part-time employment.

- Must be able to complete all relevant or necessary certifications/training in a timely manner
- Lifeguard certification is required- we will reimburse employees for certification costs for this position with their first check.
Responsibilities
- Stock and clean the concessions area
- Assist in concession sales
- Food line prep and maintenance
- Assisting Food Services manager with food preparation
- Work in a team environment
- Flip Lodge Rooms
- Cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, removing trash, etc.
- Restocking cleaning supplies
- Work safely with chemicals and equipment
- Enforce pool regulations and water safety policies
- Administer first aid in the event of injury, rescue swimmers in distress or danger of drowning, and administer CPR and/or artificial respiration, if necessary.
- Trash removal
- Grounds work
