Requirements

  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Currently enrolled at an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in relevant engineering or related fields.
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) on-site.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process and design is a strong plus.
  • Flexibility to change priorities and responsibilities to support business needs.
  • Self-motivated learner with proactive collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication, computer, presentation, listening, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze Inline and EOL electrical data to determine causes for issues as a Process Integration Engineer.
  • Deduce the root cause of critical issues through defect inspection methodology as a Yield Excellence Engineer.
  • Deliver robust and efficient semiconductor manufacturing through data-driven analytics as a Process Engineer.
  • Improve and maintain tool performance in a cleanroom environment as an Equipment Engineer.
  • Drive productivity and efficiency through advanced technologies as an Intelligent Manufacturing Engineer.
  • Ensure efficient, timely, and accurate wafer transfers as an Advanced Material Handling System Engineer.
  • Support world-class quality systems by collaborating with Taiwan's Central Quality team as a Quality Management Engineer.
  • Analyze yield and process issues to support customer needs as a Product Engineer.
  • Ensure the performance and reliability of photomask tools as a Mask Process/Equipment Engineer.
  • Support the installation of manufacturing equipment and tools as a Central Start-Up Tool Install Engineer.
  • Promote workplace safety and environmental sustainability as an Industrial Safety & Health Engineer.
  • Tackle analytical projects and machine vision tasks as a Computer Integrated Manufacturing Engineer.
  • Support the operation and validation of electrical systems as a Facilities Electrical Engineer.
  • Assist in the operation and validation of mechanical systems as a Facilities Mechanical Engineer.
  • Support the operation and validation of water treatment systems as a Facilities Water Treatment Engineer.
  • Assist in the operation and validation of gas and chemical systems as a Facilities Gas & Chemical Engineer.
  • Manage systems for storing and distributing specialty and bulk chemicals and gases as a Chemical System Construction Engineer.
  • Oversee concrete, steel structures, and architectural finishes as a Civil Structural Architectural Engineer.
  • Collaborate on electrical systems ranging from low voltage to high voltage as an Electrical Systems Construction Engineer.
  • Monitor and track construction activities in advanced ultra-pure water systems as a Water System Construction Engineer.
  • Collaborate on HVAC and clean room systems as a Mechanical System Control Engineer.
