The Marketplace Co-op position is a Fall Co-op opportunity running from July through December, located in-office in Needham, MA, and is a full-time role. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.

Requirements

• Pursuing BA or BS degree or equivalent.
• Concentration in data analytics, business administration, or related major preferred.
• Relevant work experience within a business, retail, or ecommerce environment.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and be detail oriented with respect to ensuring deadlines are met.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel/Office skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy; comfort juggling dynamic and complex work.

Responsibilities

• Perform and own all day-to-day MEC/CEC management activities, from calendar updates and tool upkeep to promo vetting and confirmation chasing.
• Continue to evolve and automate processes associated with tool.
• Own and scale supplementary price scraping tool to provide valuable internal and competitive pricing intelligence for multiple stakeholders.
• Support Marketplace Pricing Manager on initiatives like SFO promo data management improvement and ensuring complete and accurate promo documentation through scoping, testing, documentation, etc.
