About The Position

RESPONSIBILITIES: o Directly responsible for the strategy, pursuit and closing of business which drives the success of the Falkbuilt Branch. o Do so through continuous and direct interaction with selected General Contractors as their "super subcontractor". o And establishing Falkbuilt as a visible, preferred method of construction in the market; and the CBI Falkbuilt Branch as a reliable, trusted partner. o Orchestrate all aspects of the Branch to deliver superior project execution; from sales through estimation, design, delivery, and customer service. o Select, prioritize, develop and maintain positive relationships with local GC, A&D, and Real Estate broker partners. o Develop forecasts and business plans to meet goals and metrics. QUALIFICATIONS: o Demonstrated experience in and proficiency with the construction process, coalition and endto- end workflow. o Understands the key behaviors and criteria of success for subcontractors in the minds of GC's. o Able to personally engage GC's and/or clients relative to providing credible, initial scoping and estimating of projects. o Personal integrity, credibility, and dedication to our mission of revolutionizing interior construction. o Entrepreneurial mindset with the passion to own the total and do what it takes to succeed. o Effective communication skills in articulating our relevant offerings and value proposition and at multiple levels in the hierarchy (leadership, execution) and organizational types (GC's, clients, partners). o Strong revenue generation background including knowledge of relationships, responsiveness, prospect qualification, new business development through credibility, account management & penetration, strategic, conceptual, issues-based, and consultative selling, negotiation, and contracts (closing the deal).
