About The Position

Requirements

• Current MN RN license
• Associate's degree in Nursing
• 3-5 years of nursing experience in a medical-surgical setting
• Understanding of the interrelation between mind, body, and spirit in health and wellness.

Nice To Haves

• Faith Community Nurse Foundations Course
• Current WI RN license
• Experience in Med/Surg and/or community health nursing.

Responsibilities

• Act as a health educator and personal health counselor for individuals and families.
• Coordinate volunteers and serve as a referral source for health services.
• Advocate for health within faith communities and integrate faith with health practices.
• Provide support and guidance to community members across all stages of life.
• Facilitate health programs and initiatives within the church community.
