Turning Point USA is seeking a highly skilled, professional, and motivated individual to assist in one of the nation’s largest and most innovative conservative field operations. The Faith Administrative Manager is primarily assigned to the field team and works with the Senior Administrative Manager in order to accomplish predetermined goals aligned with local church engagement to eradicate wokeism from the American pulpit and to unify the church around primary doctrine. Tasks include but are not limited to fulfilling internal & external outsource requests, calculating goals, responding to internal communications, conveying important messaging during team calls and trainings; assisting in managing data platforms: Airtable and HubSpot, data cleanliness, and compiling of data at leadership requests; handling the writing and execution of submitting emails to the Marketing Team; in order to support the department, the field team, and the Faith Group/Hub program. The ideal candidate works as a team to ensure the success of the field team, churches, and Faith Group. The Faith Administrative Manager reports directly to the Faith Senior Administrative Manager.
