Fairhaven 1-Year Residency | Pathways
About The Position
The Residency is a yearlong program (August–July) designed for individuals who sense a deeper call to ministry and want to grow both spiritually and professionally. Residents commit 20–25 hours per week, focusing on a specific ministry area while receiving guidance from a ministry coach for professional development and a mentor for spiritual formation. The program is ideal for high school graduates considering a gap year, Bible college graduates seeking hands-on experience and leadership training, or college graduates discerning a call to ministry. Participants are expected to raise a support target of $25,000–$30,000 to help sustain their time in the program.
