About The Position
We are seeking a Failure Analysis Engineer at our office in Milpitas, CA. The role involves conducting failure analysis on customer and internal FAs, performing bench/CT electrical tests for both Discrete and IC products, and being responsible for root cause analysis. The engineer will interface with Design/Product Engineering/Reliability on FA issues and publish FA reports in a timely manner.
