About The Position

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Human Resource Generalist. As a Human Resource Generalist, you will deploy and administer HR programs, policies, practices, and processes. You will develop and implement integrated HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives, track and analyze staffing and diversity strategy performance, and recommend or implement corrective solutions. You will partner with leadership to implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives, conduct employee investigations, and provide resolution to the HR Service Center on elevated issues. Additionally, you will provide HR presence where employees work to enable real-time engagement and solutions, support the delivery of key HR processes, utilize HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends, consult and coach managers on HR-related matters, and support quarterly client's Software health of business data and analytics efforts.

Requirements

  • Previous HR experience (3-5 years of experience).
  • Strong project management and HR data analytics skills.
  • High degree of Emotional Intelligence.
  • Track record of establishing strong relationships through trust, credibility, expertise, and business acumen.
  • Experience with HR strategies and action plans, policies, procedures, and industry trends.
  • Experience creating and presenting data-driven HR solutions to senior leaders.
  • Experience in hiring/staffing, employee development, performance management, and employee movement.

Responsibilities

  • Deploys and administers HR programs, policies, practices and processes.
  • Develops and implements integrated HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives.
  • Tracks and analyzes staffing and diversity strategy performance and recommends or implements corrective solutions.
  • Partners with leadership to implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives.
  • Conducts employee investigations, tracks and monitors case activities.
  • Provides resolution to the HR Service Center on elevated issues.
  • Provides HR presence where employees work to enable real-time engagement and solutions.
  • Aids in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.).
  • Utilizes HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided.
  • Consults, coaches, and guides managers and engineering teammates on HR related matters.
  • Supports quarterly client's Software health of business data and analytics efforts.
  • Project lead and support Software staffing efforts supporting the Proprietary programs.
