This faculty member will establish a productive and nationally recognized program, demonstrate the ongoing ability to secure independent funding, and provide excellent training and research opportunities for our students and residents. The successful candidate must be an MD or PhD or MD/PhD in immunology, microbiology, genetics, biomedical sciences or related fields. Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience in research administration and project management are required. Candidates with primary expertise in epidemiology, microbiome study, human and microbial genetics, epithelial biology and gut mucosal immunology as well as related secondary expertise in nutrition, bioinformatics, and large database biostatistics are especially welcome.
