Minimum Qualifications - Licensed in the State of Michigan. - Two years post-masters experience. - Scope of practice includes a broad range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, sexual assault, thought and mood disorders and other conditions common to a college student population. - Knowledge of a broad range of psychological theories, treatment interventions, and evidence based treatment models. - Strong clinical knowledge base in the following areas: psychological intake, evaluation, assessment, clinical documentation and counseling. - Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication abilities and presentation skills. - Must be able to work independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team. - Demonstrated commitment to interculturalism. - Crisis intervention and management experience.
