Minimum Qualifications A graduate degree in interior design, or design-related discipline (Ph.D., MFA , M. Arch., or equivalent), or international equivalent with a minimum of one studio-based degree in a design discipline or architecture from an accredited institute. A studio-based Bachelor’s degree in interior design, interior architecture from an accredited institute or related field with at least 5 years of work experience will be considered. Professional certifications and/or credentials complimentary and supportive of professional curriculum (i.e. NCIDQ , NCARB , or WELL AP). Interdisciplinary teaching and/or professional experiences working on interdisciplinary teams. Focused expertise or experience in design practice relating to at least one of the following areas: Illumination and lighting design materials sciences and application of materials to interior environments. design communication methods, styles and presentation. anthropometrics. interior architecture.
