The successful candidate will be expected to practice in Charleston, West Virginia and will also provide remote services. Duties: The successful candidate will practice in the areas of Maternal-Fetal Medicine. They use advanced imaging techniques to accurately diagnose babies with birth defects prenatally and connect parents with neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists when needed. Our experts work to develop a treatment plan specific to each patient’s unique situation. The WVU Medicine Maternal-Fetal Care Team uses a coordinated approach to help women experiencing high-risk pregnancies. The services we provide include: 1. Care and counseling before pregnancy begins (preconception care) for women who have increased medical, surgical, or genetic risks 2.
