About The Position

Atlantic Health, a leading healthcare provider in New Jersey, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Faculty Physician to join our esteemed Family Medicine team at Morristown Medical Center. As a key member of our academic Department of Family Medicine, you will play a pivotal role in the administrative, clinical, and educational aspects of our Family Medicine Residency program.

Requirements

Medical degree (MD or DO) and board certification in Family Medicine.
Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Jersey
Strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven group

Nice To Haves

3-5 years of experience is preferred
Teaching experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Provide leadership in the development and oversight of the Family Medicine Residency program.
Review and enhance residency policies and curriculum to ensure alignment with ACGME competency standards.
Conduct outpatient office hours and inpatient rounds, providing supervision to residents and students.
Maintain flexibility for evening, weekend, and on-call coverage as per practice needs.
Participate in community education, quality improvement initiatives, and scholarly activities.
Contribute to hospital and corporate committees to promote organizational policy and safety goals.

Salary Range: $220,000–$270,000 base salary only; excludes any quality and/or productivity incentives
