Mercer University School of Law invites applications for faculty positions to begin in the fall of 2025. We are seeking candidates for tenure-track faculty positions, including entry-level candidates, pre-tenure lateral candidates, and tenured lateral candidates. The School welcomes applications from individuals specializing in all subject matter areas, including but not limited to legal writing, commercial law, and experiential learning. The faculty at Mercer Law School is dedicated to providing an excellent legal education, emphasizing student and faculty interaction, and fostering a supportive academic environment. Candidates should possess a J.D. degree from an accredited university or college and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching. Additionally, applicants should show potential for excellence in research and scholarship.
